So... I've decided to wallpaper part of the kitchen where there isn't actually any food prep going on.

That means I've halved the amount of tiles I need...

And I fell in love with some tiles that I've got for £100 a metre :o But they are stunning!

I did try to find a link but it's buried within a pdf brochure. While I was looking though, I found details of their factory shop which is over 100 miles from our house but... H was due to drive virtually right past it today!

So I sent him along and he found some clear glass mosaic in a lovely blue colour down to £33 a metre! They're not as drop dead stunning as the others we'd chosen, but for the price difference they're still lovely and more like what I originally had in mind.

    I'll be tiling tomorrow!

It was from Original Style - they have a website. They have a factory shop in Exeter - the ones we got were reduced, the ones we wanted weren't and our local tile shop were actually offering us a better price on those.

The ones we were buying yesterday are actually on the flashing images on the front screen - they're the ones shown underwater!

The ones we are buying are these ones - the blue ones I'm sure.

  • Our kitchen has lots of black, with black tiles, so wanted some colour like you. We wished for the colour glass splash back but ouch!

We bought a frosted glass splashback for under £100 and painted the area under bright orange - looks fab and a lot cheaper.

Use whatever colour and team it with a few co-ordinating colours around the room.
We have an orange vase, tea coffee pots etc. Just a bit of colour makes a huge difference.

I would post a pic but have no idea how to!
Any spelling mistakes are entirely on purpose to check you're paying attention :p

How much frosted glass splashback did you get for £100? Can I ask:D

My mum has all white tiles with a border of glass coloured tiles set vertically around 6 inches above the work-surface. Kind of like a very colourful barcode.

    It looks very jazzy.
