  • Do Boots sell postage stamps? If so, triple points just before the pre-Xmas card rush would be a winner!!

If not, has anyone spotted any stamp deals? Superdrug had a good one last year.

I topped up my O2 phone with £30 today.

I got a 300 points voucher out of the machine for spending £30.
And received 360 points for triple points.

So altogether received 660points for my £30 credit.

Intersting. I'll give the topup a go on Monday, perhaps their tills won't prevent the points so they arejust trying to blag that it wont work on the leaflet.

Yes they sell stamps but these have never had points for them so I can't see them being added now. As far as I'm aware it's illegal to have loyalty points added anywhere for buying stamps.

@beautifulgorgeous, the triple points is available to all spending more than £15 and the 300 extra points if you spend more than £30 is a voucher from the advantage card machine.

They won't allow you to use a double points voucher if you have spent more than £15 and qualify for the triple points.

I put my shopping through in two different lots today to gain the 300 extra points twice as one item was nearly £100 and the rest came to £34.50 so I printed two vouchers from the machine.
  • I can't find an advantage card machine that will give me points for a £30 spend... they're all for £40.....

The voucher is in date... but the till just wouldn't accept it :( the assistant said something about not accepting two offers at the same time... but I've still got 11 more days to try again :D

Yesterday I recieved triple points as per instore offer, I also was able to use my double points voucher and 300 extra points from a/c machine for spending over thirty pounds. I also used some other extra points vouchers and for some reason got some extra points for which I can't account for!! I honestly don't mind if they want to give them away.

i read a leaflet instore today that said you only get 4% when topping up, even on triple points events - has anyone found this, or are they just saying that to stop us taking advantage?

UPDATED: don't use edealsuk - use quidco instead! They give 4.5% cashback for Boots, and they don't have any strings attached like edealsuk
Sorry, only just learned about Quidco :o

If you are new to edealsuk:

    • you can get off to a fast start by entering CHRISTMAS in the 'promotional code' field during registration - gives you a £10 registration credit instead of the usual £5
    • edealsuk has oodles and oodles of other cashback deals - e.g. 2.5% on tesco.com foodstuff
