don't know if this would be of help to anyone but I was looking through ebay for cello cones - I had bought my ones from vanda 5442 who is getting some negative feedback - I got mine a week after payment - coincidentally the day after I emailed them to check if they had been dispatched and although there was no reply the postage frank said that they had been posted on the day I asked that question! - anyway whilst hunting through I did find these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=260314006211 - haven't used this seller but their feedback is 100% so they may be a better option.

i bought the cone bags from this seller but they are huge, 25cm/46 cm where vanda's are 18/38, i know it is not a lot of difference but i had to put extra powder, marsh mallows and choc chips in to pad it out.
i hope this helps0 -
Hi,
i just emailed the other lady on ebay who is selling the cone bags and she has just listed smaller ones at 18/36cm.
i hope this helps

I noticed that Morrisons had tubs of Cadbury's hot chocolate on half price which might help people making these.0

Hi all,
I was also worried about ordering cone bags from Vanda on ebay. She does have a lot of negative feedback, even more so over the last few days it seems. However mine arrived in 2 days, no problem apart from rip-off p&p - they were sent in an ordinary brown envelope.
Bride on a budget, thanks for posting about that other seller (glendale26), I will use them next time. However just wanted to add that I found this website selling cone bags, http://daisyshop.co.uk/shop/category_6/Cellophane-bags.html?shop_param=cid%3D34%26 Not v. cheap once you add in p&p, plus they have a min. order value of £3.95. So if you were ordering just the cones you would have to order a min. of 40 (2x pack of 20.) Don't think they work out much more expensive per cone than the ebay ones though, (think I worked out they were 1p more each), and if you want to buy a lot might be wee bit cheaper. I haven't used the website though, so can't say if their service is any good or not. If I want more bags I think I will get them from glendale26, but if they're not available (they only have 1 listing ATM) I will prob try this website.0 -

i contacted glendale26 and told her that she may have a few more people emailing her about the bags and she said she will list more bags asap

Hi all, maybe I was lucky (looking at her recent feedback I must've been!) but I ordered more cello cones from Vanda on Wednesday & they arrived yesterday, no problem.0

I use cellophane from a roll and a heat sealer to make any shape bags that I need. So far have made cones for snowman soup and little bags for reindeer food and 'perfect man' gingerbread men. I will be sending them to school for the christmas fayre
Mine is similar to this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Portable-Hand-Held-PLASTIC-BAG-SEALER-Heat-Sealing-NEW_W0QQitemZ280286110547QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item280286110547&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A15%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
This short video shows how it works. It does work on cellophane really well unlike the plastic bag at the end of the video.
