Hi all,
This is my first post so im not sure its in the right section.
Wafter leaving high school i was in work for a year before going to university. While at work we were given information on green travelling, i.e. car sharing, using bikes, walking to work, that sort of thing, and for this the government was giving out grants/tax rebates to all those taking part. However at the time i had no choice but to drive and no one else lived close to me so car sharing wasnt an option so i didnt take much notice of the information at the time. Does anyone here have any information on what im talking about?
Thanks,
Nathan

Not sure if this is the kind of thing you have in mind, but might be up your alley?

Yes it's called the cycle to work scheme.
There used to be a home computer initiative as far as I know that hasn't been resurrected unfortunately.
