Cutting a hole in stainless steel is quite difficult, unless you have the correct tool. We used to do it at work with a tool called a Q max cutter. But stainless was always a bit of a s**. I certainly would not buy a sink that you were expected to drill yourself. The rest of it would be quite simple to people like myself who have done it on several previous occasions.As you do not seem to be very confident, if you have a plumber that you can afford then it seems to me to be a good idea to use him.I can afford anything that I want.
