halifax offer *UPDATE*

Hi, I first wrote to them at the start of September they wrote back with 1st offer the 25th Sept i declined they past my complaint to Customer Relations and received 2nd letter to say they where looking at my complaint again on the 4th October then i got my 2nd offer Yesterday giving me back all i asked for plus a bit more.

I would have thought if you applied under hardship they would try to be quicker to sort it out?

Hope you get BIG offer off them soon.

Hi, U would think. I applied in Aug, still waiting. As u can imagine quite cross. Rang loads they wont tell me anything about when I will hear something. I might write to them next week, If I have still heard nothing. :mad:

Sorry i forgot to mention this was for my credit card charges, my bank ones are on hold.

Are yours for cc if they or even if they bank charges i would still give them a ring, i was told that they had 8 weeks to reply from the date of first letter.
