Sorry I dont get which part of entitledto you didnt understand. Are you saying that it states you are entitled to 159.11 per wk tax credits?

basically it's saying 159.11 tax credit and income support/ or jsa???


i can't get any of these IS i can't claim as partner works 25hrs a week
i dont know why it says £94.95

Well according to your info the site says you can receive IS of 94.95, plus 159.11 tax credits plus all your council tax paid and probably housing benefit too.
I would make an appointment at C A B and get them to help you fill the forms out too. Also it does say you may be able to get DLA

Hi there again

Just to let you all know i have been awarded to lower rate DLA and have been told we're entiled to tax credit and working tax credit
what is in the process!
also been awarded £94.95 income support so all turned out ok!!
