Oil boiler leaking water

We moved into this house 6 months ago and it has oil fired central heating which we have never had before, the boiler is only 2 years old (we have the paperwork from when it was fitted)
After a few weeks the pressure was down and we noticed that it was leaking water, we called a local engineer recommended by a neighbour (who was actually the man who fitted it two years ago) who was great and came out to fix it with a spare part and said that to top it up oocasionally and showed us how to do it.
Obviously the heating hasn't been on all summer and we have come to put it on tonight and noticed the pressure is down again, my husband has also noticed that it is leaking water again but now from a different part (the pump he thinks) so we daren't put the heating on.
We have phoned the same engineer and left a message but he obviously won't phone until tomorrow now I don't think, but I am really concerned, does anyone have any idea what is going one with it? I can't understand why when it is only 2 years old

We've noticed that if we switch our oil boiler off the pressure in it drops really quickly, so we need to re-pressurise it before we use it again.
Could the water be coming from where the CH system gets repressurised? Maybe somethings not been tightened off?
Hope you manage to get it fixed soon and at little cost!0
