There will be frantic negotiations, I suspect another amended bill will be put to congress in the next few days. A bit like our Anti-terror bill bouncing back and forth untill all party agreement or a majority in favour. FTSE will open down around 250 - 300 in my opinion - Time to fill your boots. This will get sorted one way or another and when it does, things will pick up slowly but surely and all the short sellers will be closing their positions.0
