  • I must be completely innocent. I'm picturing my littlest sliding round in the bath making the water all wave like so the duck is bobbing up and down. :rotfl:

 What are you all like - I ignore this thread for a few weeks and look at all the smut going on . Thank goodness for Michelle, that's all I can say :rotfl:

(SmlSave - do they really :o)

Well, I've been on lots of other threads but not been on here. Time to get myself organised again :o.

    OK, money wise:
    - OH finally bought car. V nice it is too. Hopefully there will be some spare cash left to make its' way back to the offset :)
    - Just as well as had to unvcover a brick on my excel house at start of month. Mortgage debt increased by £1360 last month :(
    - Had a call from BTL house yesterday as no leccy. Cost me £30 for call out but problem was with mains supply. Luckily leccy board fixed it (free) quite quickly. And I have hopefully got a reliable electrician I can call on again if needs be, so am pleased really :)
    - Ordered new front & back doors. £960 . £300 cheaper than next cheapest quote. They quite badly need doing so am relieved the decision is made. Need to get a new door bell and some numbers so less than 1k spend in total. Could have been worse :)
    - Had a few bargains this weekend. £5 off voucher for Body Shop from Telegraph, so £3 for 2 nice bath creams. Voucher for free Pictureka board game in Express today, picked it up from Argos earlier. Obviously loads of them have already appeared on ebay! Need to decide whether to bung it on cheaply to sell or wait and hope they have all gone in a week or so. Think will do the latter. Not a bad problem to have :)
    - Quite a few things hanging about so will be sticking them on ebay tonight :)
    - Think I may have lost 1lb this week :)
    - Met my first real-life MSEer today - Cheery Daffs - and very nice she was too :T. Not the stalker/groomer OH thought she might be :)

So, mostly :), but one :(, another one coming now - spent a bit of time outside earlier and was perfectly fine and toasty but then drove to garage & filled up & got really, really cold in the space of a few minutes. I still feel cold and that was 90 mins ago. What's that all about :(. Am going to make a cup of tea and have a hot bath. Will report back later so no excuses about me not ebaying :o.

No smut while I'm away :naughty:

Ah - i am appreciated. ;) I'll try and keep them in order. :rotfl:

Sounds like an expensive few days. I know that feeling at the minute. Waiting till Monday night now to do the next lot of spending on the credit card.

Your electric fault must have been annoying. We had the main fuse into the house go when we had a student house. The electric board had to fix that. I've never heard anyone else having similar problems before.

Michelle - that's what it was. Leccy man thought it might be (but couldn't check - £1000 fine if he opened the box ) - alternatively he thought there was a fair chance it could be something major which would need the road dug up  - so I think we all got off lightly really :).

Thanks meducks, yes I am an innocent :rotfl:

Well, photos taken for ebay but only 4 items listed (the dearest things as it's free listing this weekend). Am really, really tired (been up since 5.30 as wide awake ) & likely to make silly mistakes. All other items will be starting at 99p so can wait till I have time & energy.
