Ta sml, was stressful morning at work, but hey, nobody died (only cos I couldn't get my hands on someone ;)).

Well, back from hol which was fab as always. Sad to leave but have managed to get over my post holiday depression pretty quickly so normal service is resumed :)

Lots & lots of toms (sorry TPA), the yellow ones especially are gorgeous & I think I'll just grow them next year :)

Total mortgage debt on all 3 mortgages was 141.5k at 1st Sept and, depending on when some bills come in, we may break 140k at 1st Oct :)

DS has paid me back £400 he owed and may not need 4k for his Masters - he has been offered a 4yr funded PHD :D:T:j:beer:, but needs to make sure it is right for him. My advice of course will not be affected by the fact he would no longer be costing me anything and a son with a PHD would give me considerable boasting rights :o:)

Despite borrowing over 9k to buy car we are back on track with MFiT challenge, v pleased :)

Have tidied up mortgage spreadsheets & been thinking about the new challenge. Hmmmm, will be a biggie I think  :)

Less than 5 weeks till mini-break to Spain :)

No MS booked, can't see anything. Did get offered a car circuit but that's been cancelled. Some of local work has gone to DD who is home this weekend , kids, they'd take the food out of your mouth (literally in this case :rotfl:) :(

    :) 7
    :( 1

    The :)'s have it.

Great to hear everyone's progress, well done peeps :T

Well done to your DS :) Have his PHD funded would be brillaint, but like you say, it has to be right for him

I would like to point out that I have had to resort to eating biscuits as I have no toms!
