Allowable Outgoings In Bankruptcy

Allowed Outgoings on the form for my hubbie:
Although I'm not part of the bankruptcy I have been told I have to put my contribution towards the outgoings eg. Mortgage (house is in my name) housekeeping utilities etc..
When it comes to Traveling Clothing & Essential Payments is it better to do these just for hubbie or joint, & if just for hubbie this reduces my contribution ?
In relation to what you can get away with on the form to reduce potential surplus, what are the maximum's for a childless couple when it comes to Housekeeping, Clothing & Essential Payments ?
Many thanks for anyone's help
:-)

I don't understand this - do they mean the date you took the loan out or today's date? All figures on credit cards and loans were potentially all incurred last month - the date I stopped paying? is that right?thanks
This threw me too, thanks to a tip on here I went online and got my credit report with Equifax - and have used all the dates listed on there.0
