Technical problem connecting to wireless broadband

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help here. My landlady has invited me to connect to her wireless broadband free of charge (she’s with sky). I entered the code on her netgear router and all was well for a time. Recently, however, I have been having problems. I receive a message balloon in the bottom corner of the screen that says:

This connection has limited or no connectivity. You might not be able to access the internet or some network resources. For more information, click this message.

So I do and then this appears under ‘Network Connection Details’:

Physical address
IP Address
Subnet mask
Default gateway
DNS Server
WINS Server

There is information in the first three headers, but nothing at all in the next three.

If I click on the ‘general’ tab, the signal shows up as five green bars. Windows XP's diagnostic check shows nothing wrong with the connection.

If I use the C: prompt and type ipconfig I get an IP address and subnet mask information, but nothing at all for the default gateway or DNS suffix.

I hope that’s clear as I am no techie. Does anyone know what I need to do to restore the connection?
