You might want to help yourself a little by using Google search and reading the GMail help... :rolleyes:

Read the GMail documentation, it's all in there, how to add secondary accounts, very comprehensive, I'm not going to regurgitate it, I haven't the time nor the inclination. It's also been covered in many PC and Mac magazines too, and on many website articles.

To set-up your email client is easy, just set your email address as:

[EMAIL="you@yourdomain.co.uk"]you@yourdomain.co.uk[/EMAIL] but the server login and password as the correct ones matching the service.

You can use GMails server to send e-mails from email clients (Outlook etc) too.

There is no catch with heart internet they obviously just hope that by offering a free service you will use it to its maximum and upgrade to a paid service. I believe the mailboxes were 100MB each although it has been a while since I used them as I have setup my own mail server for all my email addresses.

Gmail you can setup with your own e-mail you just need to change the MX reccords for the domain name to point to gmail.
