I had another post open re someone brought a pushchair off me asked me to post it to them before they went on holiday,
they received it the day before they went away at 10:45 in the morning received it 19th sep
then last night i receive an email saying they were back from holiday and had opened it up and it was all marked ect ect
i asked if the packaging was damaged or anything and was assured that the packaging was fine and intact
the first 3 pics are mine
the second two are from the buyer
first off she said about the marks to the saet and that the hood was playing up and that one of the harness straps was frayed
a few email exchanges later and she is only concerned and asking for the hood to be sorted out,
and as i have said to her if i had spent near on £200 on a pushchair i would have 1: found five mins to open and check and
2: not back down as the marks look like grease which on a beige pushchair would be a nightmare if not impossible to get out
im just after peoples opinions really
many thanks0 -
Maybe she bought it to take on holiday, with the intention of sending it back to you when she got back saying it was not as described? There are people out there who pull such stunts. I wouldn't refund. I don't believe she didn't open it until she came back from her holiday. She's waited far too long to claim not as described. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

If a paypal dispute is opened, the only thing you can do is clearly put your side across giving as much information as possible and let paypal decide the outcome. Your buyer is trying it on and I think you would stand a pretty good chance of winning a dispute.
Tell her to open a dispute through paypal and that you will be strongly denying her false claims and that you will let paypal decide the outcome.

What about a partial refund? Im guessing the pushchair is second hand. But i do also know, it was limited edition? Or quite hard to find.
You both want to have a good deal, and not be out of pocket also. I would either stick to your guns and not refund, or a partial refund.Proud mummy to 3 beautiful children who I love so so much :oxxxx
Baby girl due april 2016! cant wait to meet her. xxx0 -
Looks a bit more grubby on the inside too. Shame she didn't send photos of the whole pushchair - then you'd see if the wheels, etc were mucky too. I'd agree that she's probably used it on hols and now decided it doesn't suit her.0
