I once got lost cycling through that forest - and the same happened, was almost at the end but didn't realise so cycled back the way we came and then ended up doing about 3 times the expected distance! Boy did I ache the next day!

6 miles is good though - I did almost 4 yesterday, but nothing today. Will go round the block tomorrow after work.

Yes taxi they are lovely people.

Not too much time spent with OH though - he has been at work since lunchtime and won't be home til midnight - he is still doing 7 day weeks, so misses out on all the other stuff that goes on at home!

Sounds like you had a good day and the running is going really fab. It's good to have a day off once in a while....let your body recover. I've done my walking every day this week and feel a bit better for it. Have a good week xx

you would think you and pania talking about all this running would make me feel guilty for the fact that im sat with a bag of snack size crunchy bars origionally bought for haloween and a glass of full fat coke, but for some reason right now i have no guilt. Maybe i need to get back on the scales, not weighed myself since i had my DS! Hope you get to spend some time wit your oh soon.

lunar, I wouldn't worry about stepping on the scales at the moment. It is obviously all pregnancy weight, anyway, nothing to do with halloween snacks and full fat coke :D

Off to the dentist first thing, so hoping it is nothing more than a basic check up - although they usually manage to fleece me for something that I "desperately" need

Apart from that, I will just be trying to keep spending at an absolute minimum for the next few weeks - OH has not got so much work from his second job this month, and I have no idea when my adult ed money will be coming in, although it obviously will arrive at some point.

Hoping to go for a run this evening, but the weather forecast is not favourable, so it looks like I will be getting wet, again!

Have a good day everyone x

Try and think of the dentist as pampering.... shiny white teeth etc etc. Sorry, doing my best here, its never actually *pleasant*, is it?

I'm afraid we've got really nice weather here, set to be so all day. I have the day free too! So I'll just have a walk round the block today, I think, especially as yesterday was so horrible, and I'm working all evening.

Have a good one hypno, the news is saying the markets are wibbling again.
