    Ah walshy, you speak such sense :D

    Just back - did a 4 mile run while the children were at karate, and I have to say it felt pretty good. Not fast, but hey, there is time for that in due course!

    Moneywise, not so good - spent £30 on a long sleeved running top because it has turned very cold and my sweatshirts are too bulky - I wanted something that was thin yet warm and sadly that came at a price. Still, I know I will get plenty of use out of it over the next few months!
