I get jobs for evenings and weekends without any problems and always have done - I work full time so have always had to do the majority of my "visits" out of normal hours. Of course, most of the food ones can be done in the evenings and weekends, and most shops are open at the weekends so are usually able to accept a visit to suit you!

If I had any spare, taxi, I would send it over. Sadly it is on limited supply due to the credit crunch :o

Oh I am SO with you on the Ypres state!!! A very apt description there.

Perhaps you have the faulty gene too

I never used to have a faulty gene - can you catch it from your husband? Dr Dragon is a total pack rat whereas I used to be seriously minimalist! (used to be able to pack for a fortnights holiday in the sun in my carry on bag! :rotfl:)

I went to recruitment consultancy who specialise in sales to sales like business to business sales and came top out of 22...

Only problem was I was the only one out of 22 to make it so when you get split into two where you're name is called then the rest of them and then you're said you made it through then you get worrried and also get a major ego boost! :j :j :j  :j :j :j

So yes! Don't M&S bra's do the same thing in terms of support and running things for women as do sport bras?! It might save you some money in the short term!
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

That sounds very positive walshy - when will you know if they actually have something for you?

Forgot to report on my decluttering last night - a pile of papers by the sofa, and my coathangers :D Also there is a thread in the Arms started by someone who wants to nuke the clutter skip-like, just like I have a vision of (what a crap sentence that is!). So I have signed up to her challenge, although they all started in August so I am some way behind.

  • Hi Hypno

Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for your supportive post on my thread - it's great to hear from people who have successfully got the debt down.

And now I just have to be inspired by your decluttering..........................

Hi geranium!! Welcome to my slightly deranged world :D

Yes, it is a long road, but it is one that we inch further along every day - make the most of this site as it is quite possibly the biggest "debt free tool" you will ever find and I would hate to think of the position I would currently be in without it!

Set yourself achievable targets as well as the longer term ones and enjoy the huge satisfaction you get when you achieve them!

There will soon, no doubt, be a new "pay off £20k by Christmas 2009" thread which would be ideal for you - this years challenge started off with one poster trying to stop "faffing around" - something that a lot of us need!!!
