Wow - that sounds like a great idea - I think i will copy you if that's ok?
I feel like I have just bumbled my way through this last 12 month since I split with my ex - I think a list of goals or at least some sort of focus might help!
Sounds like you will be making good use of ski club time!0 -

Soooo tired! Got home late because originally I arrived home to find that I had somehow managed to leave my doorkey inside and was now locked out - so had to turn round and go to where OH was working to get his keys   So I was a whole lot later getting to bed than I would have liked.
Thats really not good. And the sleeplessness later on.I won't be running - I really do feel far too tired and my nose has been running all night, so I feel my "quota" for the day is already done.
You slipped in a joke thereIts a good one!
I have the use of a colleague's season tickets for the football today - the local derby, so a biggie......which means a very DFW trip out for DS and I, and DD and the student are off to see a "see film first" film for free, so that is good too!
I still find it a bit hard you like to actually *watch* football, sorrymy lack, I know. Or Norwich is a big community sort of place where everyone does that. Anyway, since you *do* like to watch it, have fun!
:j
I still need to input those bloody mystery shops, get some basics from Tesco etc
I'm [STRIKE]staggered[/STRIKE]envious they haven't been deallocated from lack of input. The one little mystery shop I did yesterday, I was inputting at 11.45pm, they said it had to be done by midnight. And the other from yesterday, I couldn't find the place in daylight, and couldn't do it till about 6.30pm anyway, so I deallocated myself when I got home....
But first, banking, scratchcards, and more coffee.....Have a good day everyone x
Now there's a woman after my own heart. Looking forward to my 2nd coffee already. I'm having a quiet, practical day today, two days on the trot of going up to London is *not* good. And whyever did I think it would be fun to do a bit of shopping in Islington???? I must have been off my head.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning everyone. Sorry you're aren't feeling 100% and definately sounds like you are a bit run down. Think a week of shorter runs is a good idea. I don't confess to know much about this running lark but I wonder if you need some extra supplements to keep you in tip top condition.
Loving the idea of plans for 2009 and can't wait to read your list (and still your ideas) lol.
I have been thinking a lot over this last week as I find myself in a position I wasn't expecting whether to use this as a springboard to new things. I am guilty of plodding along for the last couple of years but now my little girl is older and off to "Big school" soon I feel it might be time to concentrate on me for a bit.
Keep thinking about a change of career but frustratingly the debt part holds me back as I couldn't manage on a big drop of wages.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Does this mean that you've been missing out on my lovely dishcloth all this timeand Hypno's self portrait
Hypno, your plan for next year is a good idea, I think we all tend to have a list of 'jobs' in our minds and sometimes it's overwhelming. By breaking it down, it's far easier to clear a task, well that's what I keep telling myself
So far today, I have scratched 40p, had breakfast and drunk several cups of tea.
Brucie bonus for me though, I de-iced Mr Twit's car whilst he loaded his stuff before he went to work. I knew I'd find a use for the now defunct WHS card.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0
