Thanks! I've done my first two reviews and guess what they were..... yes, a pub and a coffee shop! What a good deal, the hardest task will be concentrating on work today and not doing my remaining 48 reviews!
Good luck with the cleaning - now get off MSE and get on wtih it!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
thanks squizz! I think I will be ok once I get started.......but so far I have been sidetracked by looking at houses for sale.....
......On a Sunday, I run round the area that I would most like to live in. It just reaffirms that it IS the place I want to live.....
So all that needs is for me to be debt free, for this house to be in tip top condition and saleable, and for a big pay rise so I can get a huge mortgage....
.....and here I am still sat slobbed on the sofa:rotfl:
Ahh that sounds so familiar - I run past some lovely flats with balconies which I'd love to be living in now (and probably would be if I'd been sensible in the past) .. and some houses further out of town where I'd love to live one day if I'm ever 'settled down'. Hey it's all motivation isn't it?

I've also reviewed several bank branches - just type in the name of your usual bank and your town and it will come up with all the branches - you have probably visited most of them at some point so can write reviews quite easily, and most of them won't have been reviewed before so you get 20 points for each review rather than the 8......
Squizz, I WILL get to live in one of those houses, I WILL I WILL **stamps foot**Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Progress is slow.....
I have done one mystery shop and input that, and have taken a boot load of stuff to the charity shop.
I have made a good start on the kitchen, but there is no way it can be seen as being sparkling yet!
The hall has had nothing done.....
2 loads of washing is done, but no ironing, and no sorting out of my wardrobe.....
So, I am going to make some lunch, and in the next hour I am going to:- [STRIKE]get another load of washing in the washer, and put the wet load in the drier[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]take out of the ironing pile all the towels and bedding and put them in the airing cupboard[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]tidy my shelves in my wardrobe[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]put MY ironing in its own pile ready to do later[/STRIKE]

I have just taken down DD's curtains to put up some new ones (well, I bought new ones about 4 years ago, but they never got as far as the window
)
There is nothing wrong with the old ones, so if anyone wants them or knows of another DFWer who could use them, let me know!
They are Groovy Chick Princess - pink pink pink! They are in excellent condition as we are all non smokers.
The width of each curtain is 66 inches and the length is 72 inches (about 6ft)
If anyone reading wants them, let me know and I will package them up and post them while I am off work this week........otherwise they will go to the charity shop, and I would much prefer to let another DFW bod have them.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Groovy Chick! Excellent .... if I hadn't vowed to grow up just a little bit, I'd stick my hand up for them :rotfl:
Its a bit difficult to get the list done, isn't it .... *two* Amazon parcels to be posted, a mystery shop phone call to be done and inputted ... ok, gonna stop there. I've got quite a bit to do before I start actual work at 5, plus I can't get onto ipoints to find out about mysupermarket as per Bob, plus I think I may have outed myself as a bonus bagger at bingo port yesterday ....silly me. Still, there's still coffee in my cup, so some things are right with the world

My DD had Groovy Chick stuff !!!
Anyway I am feeling a lotbetter today. I didn't teach Saturday and DD is going to do my teaching tonight. They are finding someone to cover me tomorrow and then I shall be back on Wednesday. Hopefully this third lot of antibiotics will have killed the infection off for good.
Looks as if you are making progress Hypno - I've just got in from work so am going to do some Qype reviews.
Have a good afternoon

I've cleared and hoovered the hall, just need to do the paintwork and the polishing.....
but I've still not had lunch, or done the amazon parcel, or the other mystery shop or...or.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Well done Hypno! Keep going! I've done nothing today but write reviews and read other people's..... proper work being neglected.
I wonder if anyone actually reads these reviews. I can't help trying to make them interesting and there's probably no point at all.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620
