I've not investigated bview yet - I really should be doing my own blogging instead of drumming up business for others :o Maybe tomorrow

Jelly Babies, 5 miles after a long break is pretty good going - just think of the endorphins and "head space" it will give you as well once you are into it - it is very good for the soul.

dmv - I really did put a lot of effort into my reviews and I think they are pretty darned good! I hope that I don't have too many rejected, but I have done a few extras just in case!

squizz I am a little worried about the 10 miles next week - it is an awful long way

I'm sure you'll be ok, you've been building up to it. Know what you mean though, have been sitting with street map planning routes for the coming months and thinking "I'm supposed to run THAT??!!":rotfl:
Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.

Its the weeks that say 10 miles mid week and 18 miles on a sunday that terrify me!

  • My OH ran the 1983 marathon I remember queueing up with him outside the post office all night so his application would be the first one to be stamped:rotfl: what one does for love :D we weren't married then. He has been diagnosed with osteopeonia one step back from osteoporosis so lots of calcium for him and follow up scans.

You have done 75 reviews how can you keep the pace up and run 8 miles I am brain dead and leaving my extra ones until tomorrow. It is interesting for me to read reviews of Norwich because my stepdaughter lives there and we used to visit a lot at one time not now though its a long sad story and breaks my heart I have stepgrandchildren that I have not seen for three and half years sorry should not go down that path.

    Goodnight

Hi shaun - send the card off straight away then at least you can say you have sent it. You never know, it might get there in time.

DT, glad you are enjoying my reviews! Sorry to read that you have a "broken link" there, though x

rtandon - hello! Energy? None available this morning when I need it for my housework day! gahhhhh!

So, today is earmarked for housework - and P is coming for a run, but I am not sure if I am up to running after yesterday's effort! Early yet, so will make a decision soon when my muscles have had time to wake up!

    Mucho coffee needed :o

It's a long list, and rest assured it will be well punctuated with coffee.....

as for chocolate - I am trying to lose weight.......unsuccessfully.......so chocolate is off limits!

KC, I thought I would do all MY stuff first.......then do the student's (well she pays, after all!), then DDs because she made the effort to tidy her bedroom.....then perhaps I will do OH and DS.......or perhaps I will bung them in bin bags and tell them I couldn't be ar$$ed.....
