HHC results - tackling a hotspot - still in progress but at least it was a start and will now carry on with the 'to do' pile of papers it has generated

Evening ladies!




Well I started writing this around 1300 today but then really wasn't able to stay at the computer so had to go lie down but I have been back up and doing things so not a bad day of flyladying (albeit the Diva way). It was another lovely sunny day in Devon although at 0700 this morning it was raining and gale force winds so I thought the day would be a washout!

Daily list:
[strike]Spray bathroom with bleach spray
Feed the cat at least twice
Sort and delete emails
[/strike]reply to emails
Complete an hours click thrus
[strike]Do pending surveys
[/strike]Do at least 30 mins STP - keep failing on this one

Extras:
[strike]Ring QVC
[/strike]Get cheque book and BS book up to date - still avoiding this one
[strike]Dust TV and comp screen [/strike]
Water house plants
Work out this weeks menus
[strike]Ask OH to water peppers and chillis again[/strike]
ring butchers
[strike]handwash my silk pillowcases[/strike]
[strike]file 5 pieces of paperwork[/strike][strike]
cook fish pie
[/strike]

Dusty - I guess I am aware of how pathetic my lists are compared to all of the hard work the rest of you are doing so I figure if I can make someone smile with a smilie or something then I might feel less guilty!
Toots - I always enjoy reading your posts and I cannot imagine you upsetting anyone. *hugs*
lil_me - Well done you, that is great to hear.

I am trying so hard not to put the gas heating on til Nov 1st, so it's blankets for me in the evening. I might have to put the background heaters on if it gets colder (they cost about 2p an hour to run and just take the edge off really), but not sure if that is cheating..:rotfl:

Hi Gang

Had an interesting day at work. Had a power surge which caused the server to shut down so we had no system for over 2 hours. Fortunately it came back at about 2.30 and we managed to get all the work put down by home time The real shame was we had to close to customers 1, 2, 3......... awwwwwwwwwwwww lol

Got a couple of pages to catch up on but will be here in a little while. Got to practise some spellings with Miss A before she goes to bed.

well, i kind of got sidetracked by the slow cooker thread - i always run out of ideas what to cook - and now my 2 monsters had yet another change of food they like it's getting harder by the day :eek:

didn't do much flying in the end - i DID do the food shopping, and the dw is on as we 'speak' (needs to do another run once it's finished!), playroom is tidy .. that's about it ....

Continuing HHC by tackling some correspondence so electoral roll updated online, complaint letter done to bank (have ended up out of pocket after they deposied £250k, (yes quarter of a million!!), in my account in error and were told the day the statement arrived, first I knew about it)

Also does anyone here use John Frieda frizz ease products - have £6 in coupons, PM if would like or want to know which products they are for (expiry 30/11) - these were found in the hotspot so are flying related!

ETA Am interested in coming to the meet-up subject to when (more than where, am in NW so South Yorks is doable)

been ou all dat, so no flying done although did put chivken chassuer in the oven byt wasnt ready in time so oh and dd had sandwiches and salad!!

Hiya everyone
Hugs to all the snotties and any other lurgy filled people. Hope you're feeling better soon.

It's been a good day here. I woke early and took spotty puppy for a nice walk. She's having to wear a plastic bag on her foot due to a persistant sore but she's coping with it well. I've been working on and off all day but well spaced so she was never alone for too long. When I work she goes into her bed and stays there till I go and get her. She's loved meeting all my clients today and has won a lot of fans. Ok, i'm going off on one again.

Flying = s/s, washing load, giant spag. bol made, floors all cleaned.

Think i'm off for an early night :wave: xx

Nearly forgot to say....i'm on the spotty dog money and healthy eating diet. I don't go and spend any money because I don't want to leave her and i've lost 4lbs because i'm playing with her so much. Off to make a quick steak pie for tomorrow night then it's definitely bed! xx

Evening everyone.

Had a lovely day out with my friend even though I didnt feel like going.

We went to a musuem which was free and had loads to see. Had a good laugh about recognising the items from the 50s onwards.

Since Ive come back Ive done the dailies so will fly properly tomorrow. Im blaming this cold on DD and GS1 who have it.

Have caught up on the thread and laughed my head off.

SS You feeling any better? Sorry I confused you about the parrots.

Toots I usually take echinacea as soon as I feel a cold coming on. Been changing my light bulbs to energy ones too.
