Just been chatting to DS1 over MSN. He's proudly informed me that he cleaned his bedroom window today. Inside and out...........with a scouring sponge:eek::eek:.

It took him an hour and he said he had to scrub very hard.
  • To be fair, neither do I, after years of ardent ironing I discovered that, remarkably, very, very little requires ironing! :T

    Result!

Although I wish I'd discovered this startling fact before I invested in the steam generator!

Well, the chucked together dinner, I'm told, smells lovely!

Sounds like you'll have frosted glass.

My mum was attempting to find DS (15 remember) - was looking up and down the road where he said he was collecting conkers...said she couldn't see him (they were on mobiles) back came the reply...I'm up a tree!
    He was too!

Sexymouse:- don't give the MIL a key!!, allow her to visit, but ask her to knock at the door and wait till it is answered, you do the same when you go round to hers.

I see the sick room is filling up nicely!, now as pigpen says, deal with it, if you are very ill she will accept sick notes.

Sun out here, but dark grey skies are following it around.
