i finally managed to get through via phone earlier, i was in such a panic to do it online i messed it up somewhere i guess and they went down the credit check route. Managed to cancel it and just paid via debit card, will check bank statement soon to ensure its worked out ok. I had the same doll reserved at argos for 24.99 and i was going to collect it tonight.. will be nominating you for post of the month for sure OP!! Thanks a million.
