Another vote for the Harpic black bottle £1.89 used 1 good dose left in overnight and the result was sparkling clean after flushing .No longer half of Optimisticpair

i usually do get rid of the water and then put a cleaner down there,
i bought the harpic black bottle from tesco today for 1pound so im gonna try that in a few days.
they also had tesco own brand limescale too, not sure if its any good but the bottle looked appealing.

I push about half the water through with the loo brush then top it back up to the water level (as if it'd just filled after a flush) with white vinegar. Leave it overnight and it will be gleaming.

i sorted this, tried lidl strong toilet cleaner which sorted the downstairs loo out, but didnt help the up stairs. so i bought the asda toilet limescale remover today @ 78p and its was fantastic, it says 100% limescaler removal and it did exactly that after just 3 hours. i am stunned.
i think its the same stuff tesco have, prob even made by the same people for both companies.
