3 refusing to end 6 months minimum duration contract?
Hi,
I took up 3 Skypephone offer on mix and match 300 tariff in April 08.
As per the offer and even currently on their website, it says "6 months minimum duration contract".

Called 3 today to give a months notice to cancel contract end of next month and was told by Customer Service and Cancellation team that the minimum duration of the contract is 18 months and not 6 months.
I asked to explain meaning of "6 months minimum duration contract", but neither department could explain it to me.
I am now going to send in writing to 3 Executive office.
Is there any caveat in the offer which might catch me?
Anybody had experience of ending contract under such offer?

Hello,
I had the same problem, sent a fax to the Glasgow call centre and it was sorted.
The fax number I have for the Three Call Centre in Glasgow is 0870 733 0334. I sent my fax on the 30 June 2008.
Remember and send a copy of your till receipt/contract etc as evidence.
