I understand they last for 3 month , can i choose the same one again after this time or do you have to choose another one or do you only have one o2 treat ?

You'll get a renewal reminder, then ring up and choose one from any of them. The options may not be identical next time, but pretty close, like I had sometimes 40 minutes off-peak, sometimes 30, on my contract0
