I leave mine on all the time. With updates etc always happening even minor ones it's good to leave on. Plus the new hubs u can set to go into less power consumption mode I believe so uses even less elec but is still oN

I work in IT and know that WPA can be cracked but nobody is going to do it when you take into account the following:

7 Characther Alphanumeric password will take 12 years to crack with the fastest password cracker out there
8 Charachter = 446 years
9= 16000 years
10 = 580,000 years

all that work just for free interent and if PC is secured, no information.
