So.... what advice do you want???
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

I would suggest you see a Solicitor and ask them about getting a contact order to see your daughter. It all works out good in the end.If it's not good, it's not the end!0

thanks for that.0

I think the best thing might be to try and contact her via letter.
Hope you get on okay.Moving on up

You may need to go to mediation and the court may then decide what's in the best interests of the child. Only serious matters like abuse etc would prevent you from seeing your daughter otherwise you should be able to secure some contact. However if the mother still refuses it's going to be rocky road as you will need to go back to court and ask the judge to enforce the contact order and this the very expensive. I think you have a right to a relationship with your daughter and it could be rewarding for both you and your daughter and I wish you luck.
I have to say I am very surprised you haven't paid any child support for the last 10 years. Is there any reason for that?It all works out good in the end.If it's not good, it's not the end!0
