with the adult chanels best way to contact is the name that appears on your statement should be the name of the payment processor, if you put www. before the discription on you statement into the address bar for web address should bring it up they will have contact info on there so again sent the email if the email is a link one so internal type of thing you can print your screen before sending it and use that. wouldnt bother calling them they will tel you its cancelled and then manage to bill again strange enough lol0
