t-mobile incorrect web charges

    I had a look about the web charges, they havent given any info on when the problem will be sorted, hopefully will be soon, although I'm sure if the problem isn't fixed when the bills are printed I'm sure their customer services will sort it out for ya.

    same problem here, been charged for Mobile Data Usage, but its showing web as the service being charged, picture/download are free.

    i never use the gprs web as the phone has built in wifi.

    will contact them tomm, its 5 somthing currently.
  • they proberly wont be able to do anything until the bills printed. If it's not printed yet they wont be able to refund the charges. (I'm sure)
