Cheap Kids coat on Debenhams website - but is it boys or girls??

Debenhams online have to be the worst service available. They overcharge on most of my orders, always charge postage even though I am a gold card customer and it is supposed to be free .....they always promise to sort things out after a long expensive telephone call but never do. I am surprised with the amount of people complaining that they haven't gone out of business. I had to pay another £96 to the GE capital card this month that I don't owe.

Quite often an item is out of stock and left on the website a long time after it is gone. Debenhams charge your card then eventually say it is cancelled as no longer available...which means you have to pay for it and have no refund for several weeks. I think they use this as a form of cheap borrowing as it amounts to a huuuge amount of money
