Warmfront grant and selling your home!

I was awarded a warm front grant about 6 months ago, since then my husband has left me and we are getting divorced, he wants the house sold ASAP.
I wondered if there is a rule stating that you cannot sell your home until a certain time has elapsed or if we did sell would we need to repay the grant.
I dont want to sell my home so I am kinda clutching at straws here but any advice would be great.
I am hoping to stall things until I can work out a way of taking over the mortgage on my own, which will be a major problem as I am disabled and on benefits only.
