Managed to have my first NSD yesterday!!! I love a good start and am so motivated for reaching my 10 NSDs this month.
It was all thanks to my darling BF, who did pay us both to go climbing and then cooked the dinner! He also made me sandwiches for lunch today. :) He's a keeper!

Today I need to do bit of shopping and tomorrow a proper shop (no time today, but need lunch things). But I'm aiming to have at least one, but maybe both days of the weekend as NSDs. See how it goes.

Today was going to be a spend day - just bus fare to go and collect some parcels from the post office, I got as far as the bus stop and had a nasty coughing fit and decided that I didnt feel well enough to go out so I came home. I will have to go out on Saturday morning instead.

NSD for me yesterday - 1/6 - good start.
Was aiming at one today as well, until I got to work and discovered I'd left my lunch at home.
  • Hello all,

I'm a bit late but can I play too? I'm on a bit of a fitness kick at the min and aiming to go to classes 4 or 5 times a week during my lunch break to avoid going into town instead (these classes are at work and paid for monthly straight off my wage). I see my boyfriend 4 days a week so that usually means spending SOMEthing, but I'll try for NSDs on a Mon, Tues and Thurs for the rest of the month (from Monday coming) - that makes 12.

I think this is gonna be harder than it seems!!

  • Not a good start to October for me! We're 2 days in, and so far it's looking like I'll have zero out of the 20 I'm aiming for by the end of today!

I had a friend over for dinner last night, so had to buy some of the food (and since that included a Banoffee pie, that's a big black mark on the diet diary as well as the money one!!), then today I have my book group, so since it's in a coffee shop I'll have to at least buy a bottle of water! Plus, I've just booked up with the girls today to do a Ghost Tour in Edinburgh on Halloween night - but at least that's £10 saved from next months wage!

I'm determined I'll have at least 2 NSD's out of the next 3, so fingers crossed the weekend works ot a bit better for me! :)

Good luck to the rest of you, and well done to all who've managed a better start than me! :T

    xx

Hope you feel better soon Horace!! But just think of the bus fare you've managed to save! :A

Spend day today, we needed a couple of food things, that OH paid for. Then she paid for some new clothes for me for our long weekend away :A
Thought I'd better treat her so I bought us a breakfast subway each (very yum). I have to drop off a £5 for sponsorship to a friend and post a parcel.
The next 4 days will be spends as were are away at Blackpool, b&b's to pay for and meals out etc. I suppose I'd better treat the missus to a dinner, it is her birthday on Sat after all!

  • Was so focused on getting my NSD today that I only just realised I had one inadvertantly yesterday! Meant to go to Sainsbury's but it was wet so I didn't bother so didn't spend any thing.

1/8 with hopefully today being no 2...
