Hi guys, count me in for 10 NSD for October. I managed 8 in September and am pleased with that, but would like to increase it a little. The only thing i won't be counting within this challenge, is money spent for mystery shops as i will be getting that back. Otherwise everything, including bills and petrol will be included. Good luck everyone

Well, that's how I thought about it at first andan. Basically only the days you don't spend would be NSD's. Bills are bills and need to be paid and that's spending even though it's essential spending. But I think most people don't count bills as they see it as essential spending that you can't do without and your NSD's consist of days when you don't spend on things you don't need to spend in the first place. I'm I getting this right peeps?

  • I think you can tailor it to suit yourself..... I am not including DDs/SO for bills/debt payments as part of my spending, but I am including any food shopping, or any other spending..... so if I don't buy anything using my debit card/cash, but my rent money goes out, I am still counting that as an NSD. It just means that on the days where I do spend, I might spend a little more :o
