Also, theres a reason why things are usually cheaper on ebay. A lot of sellers DO NOT offer refunds policies. If buyers want full flexibility then they should purchase from real-life shops.
what a seller 'offers' doesnt matter when they pay via paypal
by accepting paypal(and you have to on ebay now) and its T&C's then a lot of this is out of the sellers hands
the customer will have to return the item via a tracked delivery service0 -
I've been caught out by paypal before. I had buyers raise disputes resulting in paypal charging me even when the item has been proved delivered by registered post.
Paypal seem to be a law unto themselves.0 -
Another thing that annoysme about paypal is that they've changed the way you pay. You now are forced to create a direct debit and each and every time you pay for something you are forced to change the payment method to CC if that's what you want to use.
They seem hell bent on trying to force you to use direct debit to pay for things so they aren't hit with x% CC fees when you use CCs.
Like ebay/paypal don't make enough out of you in listing & payment fees!0
