Old plumbing... work needed?

Hi there,

In the process of buying a house and have had a plumbing inspection carried out, but the plumber is being very slow and non commital in relation to the results!

The house has an old back boiler (which we probably intend to replace over the next couple of years), but the inspection found the following things...

1) lead piping in the airing cupboard (is this dangerous?)

2) Steel header tank (??)

3) Steel pipe from the cylinder in the hot outlet, then changes to copper (??)

4) Flue on the boiler made from asbestos

Are these things which users would advise us to fix immeadiately? or are they merely features of an older system?

Any help or advice (esp on prices to fix if needed!) would be fantastic,
