Morning all, reporting that I have gained 3lb, still weigh 2lb less than I did a couple of months ago, but a bit gutted nonethelessfrown.gif. I knew I was eating badly last weekend and the beginning of last week, but slowly getting back on track. It's going to ba a long, slow, road at this rate!

I think I might have a look at some sort of slimming classes, I tried WW about 4 years ago and the leader totally put me off, but anything's worth a try! I'd have to rejig the food budget, but hopefully what I save by not buying junk food will fund classes.

    Well done all the losers!

    bye xx
    Anytime;)
  • Dragon - you deserve some good news:T .
Delly - thanks, have cleared my inbox. Well done on still ging downward with your weight.
Some good losses coming in. Well done granny on your first for ages - did you do anything different?
sts for me - mildly suprised it wasn't higher but the long walk I managed on sunday must have saved the day. Still unnaturally ravenous: i think my tabs are now messing with me hormones/hunger signals.
Victory - it's lovely to hear how supportinve your DH is about the job thing: a return to work course is afab idea. Your nerves and self doubt are entirely normal I think. I returned to work after a ten yr gap in 1999 and I had never seen a fax machine let alone use one. I was so nervous my first day that when I made tea for my employer and her clients, I was too worried about taking too long to pop out and get more milk, so put the really off stuff I found inthe fridge in instead - believe me, it poured in lumps:eek: :o :rotfl: . ANd they drank it:confused: .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

I dont mind mind my tidler kpc!! I remember in my late teen days when we had a "i'll show you mine" moment and my friend who is a size 6 has the most minging one ever. You can see the inside bits permantly, wasnt pretty at all. Its definatly better to have a bit of fat on your tidler that is for sure.

    But anyway :p

My last day at home! The thing im most sad about is leaving my dog murphy! He's been in my life from my late childhood and now im off. Im going to give him a walk tomorrow, i wont even mind clearing up his poop but i thought its probably going to be the last time i'll walk with him cos he's quite old now. He'll have to pop round for a cup of tea though.

I also thought that now i'll be in charge of what i eat i could possibly go back on the weight loss wagon, especially as i'll be using my feet more to get about as i live in the centre now. I might give it a re think and see what i feel. I wanna be a size 10 but at the same time, those kit kats are hard to refuse!

    have a nice wednesday everyone!

I agree... Kit Kats are extremely difficult to refuse...especially the chunky ones!!:o

make sure you really earn it granny! what foodie things are there in cyprus? I've never been.

Hiya - just popped in expecting to see this week's chart, forgetting that you're all two hours behind me here in Cyprus.

Food here is great - it has a very Greek influence, so lots of salad, fish, feta cheese, sweet puddings, honey cakes (not that I've eaten any of those naughty things of course! :o ) The red wine is good too...

We're back late on Saturday, and I'll be taking over the chart next week while Grannynise swaps places with me! :D Have a fab week GN - I haven't had time to catch up on all the posts, but I hope the brain scan didn't result in anything nasty.

Well done to everyone whose lost weight this week. Hope everyone is ok.

47 kit kats are eaten every minute in the uk apparently.

Im so excited!! I probably wont be back on for awhile (i say that and i probably will be) so i shall report back with pics. Before and afters cos i know you all care about my interior designing ha.

Have a good one everyone! see ya when ive moved out and im a proper hardcore boring old adult who never goes out and drinks too much tea. You'll probably notice the change in me when i get back. I wonder what our house will smell like? You know that unique smell every house has that no other does. I'll be able to smell what my home smells like for the first time!

right im babling. Ciao everyone :D

And I'd like to put it on record that I don't eat ALL of them.

Have a lovely day tomorrow Vix. Do let us know what your new home smells like.
