Am only at work this morning, just off to a charity coffee morning and then off this afternoon, going home for a sleep then off out later

morning all............ nothing much with me today...

Did anyone hear how BHAngel's cat got on yesterday? i hope it's okay?

had swimming club last night, was good fun... i'm not going back after the october holidays as i have learned all i wanted to, and achieved so much more than i thought, so to be DFW i won't spend £40 on more lessons. I can swim well now and have cracked the breathing and submerging thing... so onwards and upwards but not thru lessons...

I have 2 more weeks so will cram into those...

Back from Run...didn't do as well as I had hoped but hey I have been ill for the last 2 weeks since my half marathon!

Maz think you have been very DFW not going back to swimming but then you don't need to now you are a fully fledged Mermaid!

Hi everyone

Seeing that delicious hunk on the bed perked me up no end:D I am feeling a little sorry for myself today, I have a horrid lurgy, my glands are swollen and I look like a chipmunk, my throat is sore all the way to my stomach and beyond:eek: my joints ache too and I generally feel cack.

I have got stacks to do but neither the energy or the inclination to do them:rolleyes:
