    a paradiddle is a rudiment consisting of a four-note pattern of the form RLRR or LRLL (r being the right hand hit, l being the left hand). Theres also several variations of paradiddle rudiments.

    I think travel agent/tour guide type pics are them in their mormon gear and the other pictures are them ready to go.........................
