i don't think there is anything really... lots of attention and it just kinda takes care of itself.... or two or three glasses of rose wine can sometimes do the trick for me! but i need to get up and go when i feel perky or else it passes and i fall asleep!! lol

Maz, the holiday was more like a boot camp...getting up early and going on trips......and we had single beds!!!!!:eek: I loved that!

I think we do get better as we get older, and it's just a case of trying to be bothered and i find it's generally better than expected....! it's just the getting round to it and going to bed at the same time helps!!!
