Just noticed the same too, I'd be taking legal action at this point too.
Any judgement in court could then be used as supporting documentation to addresss all the questions raised in this thread about removing from search engines and the ISP. It'd be pretty definitive as proof of copyright infringement. Although the only alternative at this stage of the other party still not doing anything is to get a genuine legal letter sent to them and the ISP, i.e. drawn up by a lawyer. I know the OP is reluctant but I don't see any other choice if they want something to actually be done without having to go all the way to court."She is quite the oddball.
