Backup For Mobile?????
I’ve lost my mobile phone meaning all my contact details have gone, got a new one phone; however, the sales assistant mentioned something about being able to buy a backup disc or something so if ever I lost my phone again, I don’t lose my contact details.

You can copy all your contacts to your phone memory, then put in a spare sim and copy them from the phone to the spare sim, then put your original sim back in again.
