I've just had a survey come through from them, 50 points for the first few questions and a further 50 if I fit the criteria.

I emailed about my voucher Iordered on the 23/11 and got this lovely response

There has been a small delay in sending out the boots vouchers. However, I do know, that if you ordered your voucher on the 23rd November that they defiantly went out. It was 14 days yesterday, that we ask to allow for delivery. I would say, if you don't receive it by Monday, then please contact me and I will send out another voucher for you.
