By the way - the 14 days that Pigsback mention to allow for receiving vouchers etc are 14 WORKING days - even though it doesn't state this on the website.

Even if it is 14 working days which is why I am waiting to the end of this week start of next before I contact them. I don't tend to make a fuss and am laid back about things like this. Takes a lot to get me hopping mad. But then maybe it is due to working in customer services and being spoken to on the odd occasion like something on the bottom of their shoe. Could be why I don't make a lot of fuss and scream and shout or are rude to people who work in retail or call centres. But that is another story.

Can you explain which I doubt very much that PB can, why people who ordered after me not just a day or two but a week or so after me have already got there vouchers. So if they go out of stock I have to wait even though I ordered before someone else.

Oh yes I know the answer it is the royal mails fault. Mind you if a christmas card posted in Oz on the 1st of dec arrived yesterday the 6th in the uk. Why does it take 14 working days to come from London

I will be looking at the postmark when the vouchers arrive very carefully.

Sounds a bit like play.com and the £5 vouchers where even if you applied on the day you did not get. But people who applied after me got one.

Mind you I would prefer Amazon vouchers they come by email so can't get lost in the post.

    Yours

Personally I don't know how good this piggyback quest thing is - all the points offers etc get posted on here anyway - the people who post the Irish links DO tend to say in their post that they are Irish links to allow people the choice of whether to risk clicking or not.

If you find a link whilst YOU are signed into a UK account then by all means post the link - but if you find it elsewhere - i.e this quest thing that has been mentioned then either post a warning that it might be Irish or if you have already clicked on it yourself - have a look for any prices that are in Euros cos if you see these then its almost definitely an Irish link.

To clarify - Irish links CAN be posted on here just please include in your post that they ARE Irish links. :D

Thanks for clarifying that kazzea ..... just checked the link I had previously posted and the prices WERE in Euros  .... so wont be doing that again! lol And thanks for the daily answers you always put on here :)

i'd be happy to pay extra piggypoints to have vouchers sent by registered mail so we could check up on where they are ... i think it's an exta 69p to post by registered mail, but then i suppose piggy staff would have to fill in receipts and give us our tracking numbers.

much as i love boots i'd rather have a voucher that's electronic and can't get lost in the postal system or piggy's admin. amazon would be nice :-)

  • Just got a 10 point click through for the white company, sure I've had this before, but might be worth refreshing to see if anyone else gets this.

Would love to see Amazon vouchers on there too.

How longs he had his account open? Think you need to have it for 14 days before you can reclaim rewards.
