Did sound a bit negative, but I can understand where you are coming from. I assume that they have to add a bit on for 'administration' in order to keep the site up and running. Some people (possibly like boots) may give them a bigger discount than CD-Wow for voucher purchases...so they have to add a higher mark up on some.

To be honest at this point it doesn't overly worry me as the 'charges for administration' aren't overly excessive. Besides, it is essentially free stuff and I will only order vouchers when I have something specific in mind.
