I finally got an e-mail on my e-Bay and National Lottery points from Rachel. You have to wait the full 4 weeks / 6 weeks before they will add you to the list for the points to be added.

Sorry if I am being a bit of a thicky. Husband has ordered his 1st cd wow voucher. He typed in his mobile phone number and received a validation code - no rude answers lol but what does he do with this validation code now? It says you can put the validation code on the page after you put your mobile phone number in - but I can't get to the next page.

If he is logged in (rather than you), and clicks on Rewards (at top of home page), the validation screen should come up.

Are you sure he's logged in and not you. Or alternatively, were you logged in when you originally gave the mobile number? In which case, you'll be redeeming your points not him.

PS. Rememebr to use a different mobile number for you / him, otherwise Pigsback will freeze both accounts (it happened to somebody last week).

When I validated a few weeks ago, I left the page open, so I didn't need to re-log in. Sorry if this doesn't help. You might have to wait for Kazzea or one of the other Pigsback experts to help if it doesn't.

Think mine took around a week or so too, was less then the 14 days they advise on their website anyway

Lucky you I ordered two £5 boots vouchers on the 23rd of Nov and I am still waiting :mad: Not a happy bunny as today is 13th day or 14th if you count the 23rd. If they have run out then fine just let me know and refund my points. I would be a little bit disapointed but at least I would still have my points to save for something else.
