Ok so I have a tiny dilemna.
I signed up with vrigin media just before September, everything was installed in the first week of september, recieved direct debit thing I had to sign etc.etc.
I recieved last week the direct debit gaurentee (sp?) thing which I thought ok thats fine.
I have yet to recieve a bill, although I am sure I should have by now?
I also signed upto e-billing to save some money and when I log in it says there is a problem and I should ring 150. Now I have rung 150 numerous times and everytime it just says, too busy, and hangs up.
What should I do? Technically, not my fault therefore n ot my problem, they aren't going to bill me, thats fine, I could quite happily have free internet, but I don't want to get in any trouble.
