I just renegotiated my bb contract with BT, they said 15quid a month, but got a confirmation of 20 quid rang them back then got a better deal for them messing me around of 13quid a month for 12 months, on option 3, and a new bthomehub 2.0!!!
Pretty good saved an extra 24 quid over the year cos they cocked up."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

That's funny, I've just reached the end of my 18 month contract of £25.00 a month for their 8MB broadband. Yesterday I called up to see if they would better the current deal, and they only offered me £20 a month with the new black hub. Don't care about the hub, thought £20 was not that much better a deal :huh:0

If you've only got 2 months left on your BB Contract with BT there are lots of sweetners on offer to keep you with BT. As the packages are based on download allowance its a good idea to check your useage - if you're on an unlimited download package for £25 a month & you only use 8mb, you can downgrade & save loads!!0
