lender has switched products.

my broker has adviced me today that the lender who my application is with has changed my product from minor to light as i have actually missed 2 mortgage payments in the last 12 months but i havent and have since double checked and i definately only missed 1.
she is going back to them with this but my question is as they had moved me to the next product is it likely i will get an offer??
figured it wouldnt be worth them doing it otherwise.

Were any of the other months partial payments? Sometimes these get recorded as missed.

I would guess that it's a 90% certainty. The question is, what interest rate will they charge and will they reduce the loan amount to a lower loan to value ratio product.
I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.

yes one month i paid the mortgage in 3 parts so i guess this is why.
as they have changed products is there still a chance it could get declined?

i have looked up there product guide and for the rate they have quoted (8.8%) they still allow 75% ltv so they cant get me on that one lol.
